1. Professional Framework
By accessing Aniz Studios (ANIZ STUDIOS DIGITAL ENTERPRISE, AS0507989-X) or any proprietary platform within our network, you agree to this binding legal framework. These terms govern your use of our bespoke client services and our proprietary asset ecosystems.
2. Studio Services & Subscriptions
- Managed Services: Our Web and Graphic Studios provide “Design-as-a-Service” via recurring subscriptions. Scope is defined by your selected plan (Growth, Pro, Elite, or Enterprise).
- Proprietary Platforms: Use of our Creative and Platform Studios is subject to specific vendor or user licenses.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to evolve our service architecture and update subscription fees with 30 days’ notice to active partners.
3. Payment & Billing Logic
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- Automation: Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe. You authorise automatic renewals until a formal cancellation is submitted.
- Refunds: Due to the resource-intensive nature of elite digital engineering, all professional service fees and digital download purchases are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
- Studio Assets: Aniz Studios retains absolute ownership of all proprietary code, high-logic frameworks, and niche platform architectures.
- Client Work: Upon full payment, clients are granted a license to use the final visual deliverables. Underlying system logic and “Aniz Studios Methodologies” remain the exclusive property of Aniz Studios.
- Usage: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute our proprietary software or digital assets without express written consent.
5. Operational Conduct
- Integrity: Users must provide accurate data when listing on our Platform Studio networks.
- Prohibitions: You shall not use our infrastructure for unlawful activities, spamming, or any action that compromises our system stability.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend access to any entity that violates our technical or ethical standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Performance: While we engineer for 99.9% uptime, services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Aniz Studios is not liable for indirect losses or data interruptions beyond our direct architectural control.
- Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service during the preceding 12 months.
