1. Our Partnership Standards
By engaging Aniz Studios (ANIZ STUDIOS DIGITAL ENTERPRISE, AS0507989-X) for any service or using any platform within our network, you agree to these terms. These conditions supersede all previous agreements and apply to all products and services provided by us.
2. Services & Subscriptions
- Website Design: We provide website design services on a one-off project basis. The scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in your specific project quotation or agreement.
- Maintenance Services: We offer ongoing support through monthly or annual subscriptions to ensure your platform remains secure, backed up, and up to date.
- Scope of Maintenance Services: Maintenance plans cover technical stability, security monitoring, server optimization, backups, and inclusive monthly page updates as specified in each tier. Page updates strictly refer to modifications of existing text, images, products, or minor layout adjustments within the designated page volume allocation per billing cycle. These allocations exclude the creation of completely new web pages, custom features, or complex systems, and unused allocations do not roll over to the following month.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust service rates with 30 days’ notice to active partners.
3. Payment & Billing
- Pricing: All prices quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.

- Payment for One-Off Projects: For all one-off website design projects, a 50% deposit is required before we commence any work. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon project completion, prior to the website going live on your domain or the release of materials.
- Maintenance Contracts & Billing: All website maintenance plans require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months from the date of subscription. Clients may opt for monthly billing or annual billing. Annual payments are collected upfront and qualify for a promotional discount. For monthly billing, clients authorise automatic recurring monthly credit card charges via Stripe for the entire duration of the 12-month contract period.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy: Given the resource-intensive nature of our digital work, all deposits are strictly non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel a project before completion, the deposit is forfeited, and the client remains obligated to pay for any additional work completed beyond the initial deposit.
- Invoice Queries: Any queries regarding an invoice must be submitted via email to billing@anizstudios.com within 14 days of the invoice date.
4. Intellectual Property (IP)
- Our Assets: Aniz Studios retains absolute ownership of all proprietary code, system logic, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Your Deliverables: Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the final visual deliverables for the project. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute our underlying software or source code
- Data Accuracy: You represent that any text, images, or data you provide to us are either owned by you or that you have the appropriate permissions to use them.
5. Operational Conduct & Termination
- Conduct: You agree not to use our infrastructure for unlawful activities, spamming, or any action that compromises system stability.
- Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend access to any website or platform if an account remains unpaid for 30 days from the invoice date. Suspension does not relieve you of the obligation to pay outstanding amounts.
- Early Termination of Maintenance: Since maintenance plans are based on a fixed 12-month agreement, clients who wish to terminate their service prior to the completion of the 12-month cycle remain fully liable to pay a termination fee equivalent to the remaining balance of the contract period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for annual plans terminated early.
- Termination: We may terminate accounts that violate our technical or ethical standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Performance: Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Aniz Studios is not liable for indirect losses, data interruptions, or technical faults caused by third-party hosting or force majeure events.
- Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this partnership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
